For a Graduate Degree or Graduate Certificate

Please be aware that some programs may have a department application form that you will need to complete in addition to the Graduate Application for Admission, and most programs require additional materials that are submitted directly to the department. In addition, most programs have application deadlines; check with the Graduate Program to which you are applying for specific information. Degree and Certificate seeking students must also provide a complete set of official transcripts from schools other than Boise State. Transcripts can be turned in by hand if they are in the original sealed envelopes, or they can be mailed or faxed to us directly from the originating institution. Our Transcript Request Form has detailed instructions.
