       -turn in registration form by November 1
       -motion made to pay for own registration fee, seconded and passed
       -form must be submitted with fee to executive board member

-MENC website is up

	-members asked to look it over and suggest improvements

-Doug Whitten spoke about the benefits of music for lower SES students, and for school systems as a whole.
