*	Meeting called to order

*	Attendance Taken.  The following members were present:

*	Professor Wilhelm introduced herself and told the group a bit about her 
background, followed by a short Q&A session

*	Discussion of NW conference trip
-cost, with four days’ stay at preferred hotel and registration, $120/person 
(approx.) plus food and transportation aside form that already being provided by 
Dr. Cook
-possibility of leaving on Sunday afternoon/eve?
-transportation – Dr. Cook will pay for one van, other vans cost $553.  Depending 
on how many people go above and beyond the 12 that will fit in a van, w ecould 
take personal vehicles
-registration fee: should we pay the $45, or work for the conference to waive the 
fee?  Those present voted to pay the fee.

*	Fundraising
-Dave Wells has offered to donate $250 for us if we help setup/takedown for 
Holiday Concert.  Motion made to accept his proposal, seconded and passed.
-T-shirt sales – selling shirts at band festival in January to raise funds for trip to 
NW conference.  Motion made to sell shirts, seconded and passed.  Any MENC 
member who is interested can submit a t-shirt design.  It must contain the 
following information:

and
All-Star Honor Band

Richard Floyd, guest conductor
Lynn Klock, guest saxophone soloist
