Gabe Sandvik, Vice President/President Elect

*	Election of other positions.  Results are as follows:

Tricia Howetter, Historian
Josh Calkin, Webmaster

*	Proposal to amend constitution.

-Constitution changes reviewed
-Motion to amend made, seconded
-Motion passed unanimously by all present (2/3 majority of total membership)

*	Discussion of trip to MENC NW Conference in Portland

-Secretary will look into registration fee waiver

*	Meeting adjourned
