The Boise State University School of Social Work Presented the 2007 Irene Wilcox Lecture Series:

The topic of this year's lecture was: Bi-Polar Affective Disorder: Gift or Affliction?
The day-long workshop featured a presentation by Dr. Jayne Stevenson, MD, a video by Dr. Richard Kogan, MD, and an open discussion including case presentations with experts in the field of Bi-Polar Depression.
About Dr. Stevenson
Dr. Stevenson is a graduate of the University of Western
Australia and has an ongoing practice in psychiatry in Boise, ID. She
is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a member
of the Idaho Medical Association, the
American Psychiatric Association, and the American Psychosomatic Society.
Dr. Stevenson has worked as a consultant with a variety of programs and
agencies. She has presented on a wide variety of subjects and her clinical
interests include: End of Life Issues; Psycho-oncology; HIV and Cross-Cultural
Issues in Psychiatry and Illness Behavior.
